Business growth consulting
Finding the next opening and getting good ideas moving.
Associate Director, Product Marketing
As Associate Director, Product Marketing at Wolters Kluwer, I led TeamMate Risk & Compliance messaging and sales enablement for global expansion.
I aligne product, sales and executive teams around a shared enterprise narrative, then develope enablement for complex buying cycles. The aim: a clear central value that teams could use across different markets and stakeholder conversations.
What I take forward
Scale — connect product and buyers.
A message becomes real when other people can use it. The product story, sales conversation and buyer’s understanding need to reinforce each other as the scope grows.

Director of Sales & Marketing
At StandardFusion, I built the sales function and expanded into sales and marketing leadership, developing the commercial experience as the company moved upmarket.
I built the team, sales stages, pipeline reviews, forecasting rhythm and playbooks. Positioning and digital presence developed alongside them. Product-led and sales-led approaches served different buyer needs, with one goal: remove friction from the next useful step.
What I took forward
System — build the commercial experience.
Growth requires more than a campaign. Team capability, positioning and the buyer’s experience have to develop together. Relevance, trust and timing still matter as channels change.
Channel Development Manager
As Channel Development Manager at IT Glue, I built partnerships and expanded into MSP communities across North America through trusted peers, associations and partner groups.
I built relationships with MSP associations and enterprise partner groups, contributing where people already learned and made decisions together. Market understanding, useful conversations and commercial execution worked together: give something useful before asking for attention.
What I took forward
Community — earn trust through partnerships.
Markets are communities before they are funnels. I carried forward a practical habit: connect strategy with the people and relationships that make a market work.

01 / CURRENT EXPLORATION
Build and test tools and coordinated agents around real work. Keep evidence, permissions and human judgment visible as the capability grows.
02 / INDUSTRY
Understand how governance, risk, compliance and audit connect. Turn controls and processes into a clearer picture for the people making decisions.
03 / GROWTH
Let the product demonstrate its value. Connect discovery, onboarding and adoption with the context and support a buyer needs to move forward.
04 / MARKET
Connect product positioning, content, partners and digital channels around one buying conversation. Make each channel useful at the right point in the journey.
05 / PEOPLE + PRACTICE
Build the team and the operating rhythm: coaching, pipeline reviews, forecasts and clear next steps. Keep strategy close to the conversations and work that move it forward.
06 / MESSAGE + MOTION
Make the value clear, then help it travel. Connect buyer needs, product direction and sales enablement around a message people can use.
